The following parts are designed to be attached to your towing vehicle rather than to your trailer or caravan. Towballs, jaws and hitch pins are basic items which will allow you to couple to a trailer or caravan.
Unbraked trailer couplings are used to connect a trailer to a tow ball. The majority of trailers under 750kg are un-braked and can run with just a coupling head. However, by law, a secondary security device is a must when towing an un-braked trailer. Click here for our range of security products.
Braked couplings are the key point to all braked trailers, they control the majority of the braking system. When your towing vehicle brakes this reacts with the coupling, which activates the braking system on the trailer hubs bringing the trailer to a halt.
