Dear All, I just wanted to say ?thank you?. From the very speedy reply to my initial internet
enquiry, discussing my requirements with the branch and ultimately the excellent fitting and
service received this afternoon @ your Cardiff branch.
It?s all too easy today to complain about lack of value and no customer service, but my faith
has been restored! I have had a tow bar fitted and purchased a suitable bike rack.
The entire process was incredibly quick and very reasonable price indeed ? considerably cheaper,
I might add, to the numerous quotes previously obtained from other suppliers.
To be honest I was giving up on the entire idea until your email reply confirmed an affordable price.
Not only that, without asking, they kindly tested the light board I had purchased elsewhere (apologies!)
to ensure the entire package worked.
So thank you again to the team at Cardiff. I now look forward to stress free cycling!

Dear Sir,
I write to express my sincere thanks to your employees for there excellent service.
Having damaged an axle on my brain James trailer I was under pressure to get a repair done
quickly to be able to make a pre booked ferry crossing to France. If I failed to complete
the repair it meant loosing the crossing and the payment made for the journey.
Having been badly let down by ******** who were totally unsympathetic and unhelpful,
I contacted indespension direct. The contrast in customer service could not have been more helpful.
The damage meant that the new axle had to be fabricated and Neil recognised the urgency
and dealt with the matter in an outstanding manner. This sort of service in British
companies is rare nowadays. I am sure that the production staff must have also played
a big role in getting the fabrication done quickly.
Many people are quick to complain but a few to recognise outstanding customer service and care.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to all concerned. The axel arrived as promised
and is now fitted and the trailer is back on the road.

Good morning I contacted you recently asking who I was best to talk to about ordering
a JS06 Vario trailer & having it supplied to me in Jersey.

After dealing with him last week I have to say that I couldn't agree more!

to Portsmouth for me at no extra cost,
(last Thursday in time for the shippers to deliver to me the next day.)
