More branches are now open!
As of Monday 1st June, 17 of our branches are now open and offering a limited, closed-door service to our customers across the UK and Ireland.
We have worked hard to build the business back up to reopening fully following our temporary closure, whilst keeping the safety of our customers and staff as our top priority. We have implemented PPE equipment in all of our branches and provided protective screens for all of our counters.
Browsing is still not available in our stores, but we are hoping to open fully soon and will keep providing updates.
Following the first phase of our initial reopening, we are pleased to announce that from Monday 4th May, we now have a total of 8 branches open across the UK and Ireland to offer our customers a limited, closed-door service.
We have continued to implement new safety measures in all of our reopening branches, in order to protect the safety of our staff, of our customers and the local community.
If you are lucky enough to be located near one of our open branches, we can arrange for your order to be collected from the branch – Just get in touch with us to arrange! However, you are not permitted to browse round the store.

If you are not located near one of our open branches, we are still processing orders over the phone, by email and through the website for delivery. We will continue to follow and adhere to Government advice over the coming weeks, and we will keep providing regular updates
COVID-19 Update: We are re-opening from Monday 20th April 2020
After reviewing the initial guidance from the Government and to safe guard our staff and customers, we took the decision to temporarily close our business on Thursday 26th March. We felt at the time this was the best decision to ensure our staff and customers safety and enable us to review Government guidance on how to operate safely.
Following further reviews of the guidance provided by the Government and as a company working in and supporting the manufacturing industry; we have taken the decision to begin a phased reopening process, where we will offer a limited, “closed door” service for our customers from Monday 20th April.
As with all businesses the safety of our staff, customers and the local community continues to be a priority. Therefore, over the last few weeks we have been working though the Government safety procedure guidelines (link below) in order to put into place new safety measures throughout our business for when we do reopen.
Safety for Everyone
In order to protect both our staff and customers we will be putting the following measures in place:
As mentioned in the short term we will be processing orders over the phone, by email or via the website for either delivery or click and collect. In an emergency we will be able to deal with direct requests at the open branches that have not been pre-ordered, but we would ask our customers to make this an exception and there may be a waiting time.

We will continue to listen to and adhere to the Government guidelines and advise and act accordingly. We will update our customers on any changes to this service by email, but also please keep an eye on our social media platforms for any updates too.
